Manufacturing method and features
  1. Strip Channel Brush를 Body 외부에 코일형태로 라운딩하여 용접이나 에폭시를 이용하여 고정하는 방법.
  2. Shaft와 Body(SUS,AL,Steel)일체형.
  3. 목적과 용도에 맞게 Pitch 조절하여 좌방향 이나 우방향 으로 선택이 가능.
  4. Brush 모재(Filament)의 밀도가 높아 Cleaning 효과가 높음.
  5. Brush 모재(Filament)가 탈모 되는 현상이 없고, 내구성이 우수.
  6. 모재(Filament)는 합성수지모,동물성모,식물성모, SUS Wire등을 사용.
  7. 합성수지모는 6, 66 Nylon, 612 Nylon, 내열성모, 연마사 등이 있음.
