Manufacturing method and features
  1. 합성수지(MC,PE,PVC,Acetal등),Aluminum,Wood 등 여러소재중 최적의 재료를 Body 가공하여 Hole 가공 후 Brush Fill을 압입 하여 고정하는 방법.
  2. Shaft와 Body를 일체형으로 가공.
  3. Hole의 크기 및 간격에 따라 나선형배열 등 다양한 형태의 브러쉬 디자인이 가능.
  4. 모재(Filament)는 합성수지모,동물성모,식물성모 SUS Wire등을 사용.
  5. 합성수지모는 6, 66Nylon, 612Nylon, PP, 내열성모 등이 있음.
