Manufacturing method and features
  1. Coil 소재(SUS304,아연도금Steel)를 성형기에서 U자 모양으로 형상화 시킨후 모소재(Filament)중앙에 심선와이어를 넣어 Coil 양쪽을 압입하여 고정하는 방법.
  2. Brush 모재(Fillament)가 탈모 되는 현상이 없고, 내구성이 우수
  3. Channel 두께는 3t, 4t, 5t, 6t, 8t, 10t 등을 주로 사용
  4. Brush 모재(Filament)는 합성수지모,동물성모,식물성모 SUS Wire등을 사용
  5. 합성수지모는 66 Nylon, 612 Nylon, PP 등이 있음
