Manufacturing method and features
  1. A method of fixing the body (aluminum) by machining a hole and then press-fitting brush fill.
  2. Shaft and body are processed as one piece.
  3. Depending on the size and spacing of the holes, various types of brush designs such as high density, low density, regular arrangement, and spiral arrangement are possible.
  4. The brush base material (filament) uses a conductive material.
  5. Thunderon wool - very soft and highly conductive.
  6. Carbon filament - Strength is adjustable depending on the selected resistance value or diameter to suit the purpose.
